What we collect
- Contact form: first name, last name, company, e-mail, mobile number, subject and message.
- Tracking: the code you enter is sent to the RoutrexGo tracking platform when you press “Track”. This website does not store it.
- Technical data: the form's security check processes technical data from your device (for example IP address and browser) to stop automated messages.
What we use it for
- Answering your request and preparing quotes (pre-contractual steps at your request).
- Reviewing driver applications (pre-contractual steps at your request).
- Protecting the form against abuse (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting, e-mail delivery and the form's security check (MTCaptcha). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to support@routrexgo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
